October 2025
In October 2025 I received the European Photographer (EP) qualification from the Federation of European Professional Photographers (FEP).
The EP qualification recognises professional competence and a solid photographic standard. Candidates submit a panel of twelve images that are evaluated by a jury of three qualified judges. Even at this entry level, strong technical control, composition and artistic expression are required.
For my submission I presented a panel focused on portrait and nude photography, exploring light, form and human presence through a variety of compositions and lighting approaches.
The jury described the panel as “creative portrait and nude photography that goes beyond a simple headshot.” They highlighted the playful use of light, the variation within the images and the overall quality of the compositions.
Out of twenty applications in this session, sixteen photographers successfully qualified. I am honoured to be among them.
The EP qualification represents an important step in my photographic journey and encourages me to continue developing my personal work and visual language.
